Tim’s is easily accessible by car, boat, and seaplane, with plenty of parking and dock space for all visitors. If arriving by land, Tim’s at Lake Anna is located on Route 522, right next to the Harris Bridge that crosses the lake. If coming by water, the restaurant is located in the northwestern part of the lake, across from Harris Point.
