Chef Lee has over 10 years of culinary experience in Taiwan and 20 years here in the States. Over the years, he has been a chef in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and of course Virginia, where he has spent the last 15 years sharing his culinary talents.
Mr. Lee is known for his extensive knowledge of different styles of Chinese cuisine, including Mandarin, Szechuan, and Hunan. He uses only the best and freshest ingredients to provide customers the most authentic taste possible. Chef Lee uses top U.S.D.A. Choice Beef, fresh greens and vegetables, and seafood selections straight from the open sea.
